Our Story
Prime Home Health was started by a healthcare professional who felt as though the market for in-home healthcare services was underserved. As a nurse, our founder had first hand knowledge of what it took to build a best in class healthcare organization. Since our founding, over 35 years ago, we have continued to build on our mission to assist our clients receive the care they need in the setting that is most comfortable for them and their families. We continue to build on our strong legacy of providing high quality care to allow our patients to thrive.
